The Gods and Monsters Collection explained
The Gods and Monsters Collection entered CS:GO in May 2015 and is listed among the operation collections. There is no case and no Souvenir Package behind it, so its 14 skins are obtained through trades or produced by trade-up contracts that use other items from the same set.
AWP | Medusa is the only Covert skin and one of two AWP finishes in the set; the other, AWP | Sun in Leo, sits at Industrial Grade. Medusa covers the full 0.00–1.00 float range. The Classified M4A4 | Poseidon is capped at 0.33, which means it never appears in Well-Worn or Battle-Scarred condition.
Many finishes in the middle tiers have short float ranges. G3SG1 | Chronos stops at 0.40 and M4A1-S | Icarus Fell at 0.10 — both are Restricted — while the two Mil-Spec skins, MP9 | Pandora's Box and UMP-45 | Minotaur's Labyrinth, end at 0.30 and 0.39. Icarus Fell therefore exists only in Factory New and Minimal Wear.
The bottom two tiers hold four skins each. Industrial Grade has AWP | Sun in Leo, M249 | Shipping Forecast, P2000 | Pathfinder and Tec-9 | Hades; Consumer Grade has AUG | Daedalus, Dual Berettas | Moon in Libra, MP7 | Asterion and Nova | Moon in Libra. Tec-9 | Hades is the second skin here with a 0.00–1.00 range.
By category the set leans on rifles: six of the 14 skins are rifles, three are pistols, three are SMGs and two are heavy weapons. Apart from the AWP, every weapon appears only once, and there are no StatTrak™ versions.
