   Public API: the Steam inventory endpoints /api/v1/inventory and /api/v1/inventories are back for API key holders with the key limits (300 appraisals per hour, 200 profiles per batch call, a 25-second wait for a fresh appraisal); known AI assistants may call them without a key, any other request without a key gets 401.

   Public API: the Steam inventory endpoints are retired (the inventory page keeps appraising all four games); anonymous calls are limited to 5 per minute per address, known AI assistants keep 120 and API keys keep their own limits.
