The Havoc Collection: rarity, floats and weapons
The Havoc Collection was added to CS:GO in December 2020 and is catalogued as an operation collection. It has no case and no Souvenir Package, so none of its 19 skins can be unboxed; they are bought from other players or made through trade-up contracts from lower Havoc items.
AK-47 | X-Ray is the only Covert skin and uses the full 0.00–1.00 float range. The Classified tier has two skins, AWP | Silk Tiger, capped at 0.60, and MAC-10 | Hot Snakes, which also goes to 1.00.
The three Restricted skins vary a lot. Galil AR | Phoenix Blacklight ends at 0.70, Glock-18 | Franklin at 0.40 and SG 553 | Hypnotic at 0.08, which limits the Hypnotic to Factory New and Minimal Wear. Phoenix names recur in the lower tiers as well: Negev | Phoenix Stencil at Mil-Spec, R8 Revolver | Phoenix Marker at Industrial Grade and Tec-9 | Phoenix Chalk at Consumer Grade.
Heist and tiger motifs appear too, with Desert Eagle | Night Heist, MP7 | Vault Heist and Dual Berettas | Heist on one side and P250 | Bengal Tiger, P90 | Tiger Pit and AWP | Silk Tiger on the other. PP-Bizon | Death Rattle is the odd one out on floats: it starts at 0.08, so no Factory New copy of it exists.
Pistols are the largest group with six skins, followed by five SMGs and four each of rifles and heavy weapons; every weapon appears only once. Havoc skins were never issued in StatTrak™ versions.
The cheapest marketplace offer for AK-47 | X-Ray right now is $1 780.00 (Factory New).
